Doxycycline is a bacteriostatic antibiotic used to treat infections in cats and small dogs caused by susceptible bacterial
infections such as urinary tract infections, respiratory infections, blood-borne infections and wound infections.
Doxycycline is especially useful for treating tick-borne bacterial diseases such as Rocky Mountain spotted fever, ehrlichiosis
and water-borne infections such as leptospirosis.
It is effective in the treatment of snufes for cats,bacterial infections and other chronic infections like Haemobartonella,
Campylobacter, Staphaureus, Pyodermas, Osteomielites and Prostatites

:The typical dose administered to animals is 5 mg/kg every 12 hours orally for 7
days or As directed by the Veterinarian.
