With over 15 years of dynamic leadership spanning diverse sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Jewellery, Construction and Hospitality, Nitin is a seasoned professional known for his strategic financial acumen. Holding a degree as a Chartered Accountant and a Masters in Commerce, he combines comprehensive knowledge with practical experience.At Veko Care, Nitin stands as the cornerstone of financial operations. His expertise encompasses broad-level financial strategies, meticulous planning, and astute sourcing.

Vikrant Sonawane

Co-Founder, Promoter, Director

With an impressive tenure of over 27 years in the pharmaceutical sector, Vikrant is a seasoned leader with an exceptional track record of success. Armed with a degree in Pharmacy, he possesses a deep understanding of the industry that goes beyond the surface. As the spearhead of Veko Care’s global business endeavors, Vikrant has played a pivotal role in establishing a presence in more than 100 countries. He leverages a wealth of experience to meticulously design and develop strategies that drive business growth.

As a Young leader in the pharmaceutical industry, he brings a fresh perspective and innovative approach to every aspect of our operations. With a background in bachelor of engineering and a passion for excellence, he has been a driving force since he joined us in 2017. He is at the helm of our Domestic Business and Factory Operations, overseeing every facet of the production process. He has a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality, ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (BE ENTC), which suggests a strong foundation in technical and engineering concepts.She handles and heads the entire HR and Administrative Gourmet at Veko Care and plays a critical role in shaping the company’s culture and ensuring the organization has the right talent to achieve its business and long-term goals. Her technical background provides a unique perspective on HR challenges, allowing her to find innovative solutions.

With an impressive background in Regulatory Affairs spanning around 20 years, Varsha is a young, honest, and result-oriented professional with a proven track record in driving various submissions to semi-regulated and non-regulated markets. Her adept skills have led to achieving approvals, expanding exports, and significantly improving organizational profitability.

Mr. Gurunath Kulkarni

Quality Head

Mr.Gurunath brings a wealth of experience, spanning over 30+ years in quality assurance and quality control. He has a proven track record of handling different types of dosage forms, including Solid Dosage, Liquid Orals, Ointments, Toothpaste, External Preparations, Injectables, Shampoos, EC Solutions, Spot Ons, and Dusting Powders. Notably, Mr. Kulkarni has successfully navigated numerous International Inspections and Audits of Regulated and ROW Markets. His unwavering emphasis on quality has enabled us to establish robust systems and processes, ensuring consistent adherence to the highest standards and regulations.

Mr. Nilesh Rathi

Mr. Nilesh brings an impressive wealth of knowledge and expertise to Veko Care, backed by over 16 years of experience in diverse industry sectors. His exceptional skills as Manager Accounts have earned him several prestigious awards. Throughout his tenure in the organization, Mr. Rathi has been responsible for handling accounts and finance related to domestic, import, and export transactions. A dynamic and energetic professional, he approaches every task with a positive attitude, ensuring successful and efficient outcomes.

Mr. Somnath Bhand

Plant Head

Mr. Somnath is the Plant Head at Veko Care. He is a seasoned professional with a B Pharma and MBA background and boasts over 27+ years of extensive expertise. His impressive skillset encompasses Production Operations, Quality Management, Process Improvement, Technology Transfer, Manufacturing Operations, Safety Management, and Team Management. With a wealth of experience in handling OSD, Liquid, and Ointment projects, Mr. Bhand excels in successfully transferring technology from bench scale to production scale through pilot plant studies, ensuring the validation of new products. His comprehensive understanding of managing production operations and product development activities, from schedule preparation to technical specifications and material-related tasks, ensures compliance with safety, health, quality standards, and GMP guidelines.
